This modern multi‑vet small animal practice in Peterborough is seeking a dynamic Lead Veterinary Surgeon to inspire, develop and guide their growing team. With high output digital x‑ray, advanced ultrasound with doppler and cardiology software, endoscopy and a fully equipped dental suite with dental x‑ray, the practice has everything you need to deliver exceptional care while driving clinical standards forward.

You’ll be joining a friendly and collaborative team made up of 2 experienced Vets, 2 RVNs, a VCA and 2 CCAs, all committed to providing gold‑standard treatment and an outstanding client experience. This is a role where your leadership skills will shine — you’ll mentor and support your colleagues, share best practices, and help shape a progressive and positive clinical culture. With a varied caseload and a supportive environment, there’s plenty of opportunity to grow your own expertise and develop the practice’s offering.
