Qualifications

• Proven ability as Technical Coordinator/Manager with customer satisfaction results.
• Experience within a technical role at a residential house builder.
• Principal Designer and associated Health and Safety training/qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management of technical matters relating to projects.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental documents.
• Manage delivery of surveys, reports, and designs for projects.

Education

BTEC HND / HNC, Degree or similar in Design, Construction or Civil Engineering
