Qualifications

• Registered as a Medical Physics Expert with post-registration experience.
• Evidence of post-qualification specialist training (CPD).
• Able to act as an RPA.

Responsibilities

• Lead at least one specialist area in diagnostic nuclear medicine or PET-CT.
• Provide specialist scientific support and advice on complex issues.
• Ensure compliance with legislation relating to radioactive materials.

Skills

Expert knowledge in the physics of Nuclear Medicine

Excellent oral and written communication

Proficiency in Excel, Word, Access

Advanced negotiation skills

Education

Good Hons degree in physics or related subject

MSc in a relevant subject or equivalent
