No previous people management experience is required, training is provided.

Current team size : x9 Engineers, Engineering Manager & CTO

Responsibilities

• Full Stack hands on (React / Node / TS)
• Product mindset
• Managing 2-4 engineers
• Accountable for project delivery (scoping, planning, system design etc)
