Lead Software Developer (Laravel, Vue.js)

Remote

£70,000 - £80,000 + Progression + Remote Working

Are you a Lead Software Developer experienced in Laravel and Vue, that wants to work for an industry leading interactive training provider that is leading the way in medical device training, where you can genuinely build software that can save lives?

Do you want the opportunity to take lead of a small team and help build out a division in your own image with full autonomy over where you work from?

You'll take the lead in defining the technical future, steering the transition from legacy PHP systems to a modern, scalable platform built with Laravel, InertiaJS, and Vue 3. With solid groundwork already in place, you'll have real freedom to shape architecture, improve how we build software, and drive the next generation of our products.

This role would suit an experienced Lead PHP developer who's ready to step beyond maintaining legacy systems and help build something modern, scalable, and genuinely impactful.
