Our site reliability engineers (SREs) empower users with a rich feature set, high availability, and stellar performance levels to pursue their goals.

About the role

This is a hands-on role. Working within the Software Engineering team, you will manage the SRE function daily, collaborating closely with the Head of Engineering and cross-functional teams to develop real-world solutions and positive user experiences.

The successful candidate will review, lead, and drive our strategic approach to improving the maturity, security, performance, and scalability of our software and services across our cloud infrastructure. You will have significant autonomy to shape the team’s future direction, utilizing your extensive background and skills in:

• Site Reliability Engineering/DevOps/Infrastructure/Platform management
• Development and deployment of APIs using containerized environments such as Kubernetes
• Implementing/enhancing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), specifically Terraform
• Collaborating with business stakeholders in an agile environment
• Leading, coaching, and mentoring team members
• AWS services, especially IAM, S3, EKS, Networking
• CloudFormation/CDK
• Experience with serverless computing
