Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale social housing retrofit projects.
• Full UK driving licence required for site visits.
• Commutable to Manchester office (hybrid role).

Responsibilities

• Manage the retrofit process end-to-end across multiple housing projects.
• Ensure full PAS2035/PAS2030 compliance and funding eligibility.
• Lead client-facing meetings and report on project progress and performance.
• Conduct energy modelling and produce Improvement Option Evaluations & Medium-Term Plans.
