Qualifications

  • Must hold Level 3 in Residential Childcare and Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or be actively working towards Level 5).
  • Minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience within an Ofsted-regulated children's home.
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding, regulatory compliance, and children's residential care.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the residential care team, promoting high standards of care.
  • Ensure the home meets Ofsted and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including care planning and risk assessments.
