Lead Recruitment Consultant - SaaS/Technology Sales
Location: Fareham (3 days a week in office)
Salary: £28-38k + uncapped commission

We've grown from a team of 3 to 14 since launching 3.5 years ago, and we have big growth plans ahead. We've already established strong relationships in the EdTech space - now we're doubling down. As part of our ambitious growth plans, we're hiring a Recruitment Consultant to own the Sales & Account Management desk within the rapidly growing EdTech market for us.
You'll take charge of recruitment for all Sales & Account Management roles within our growing EdTech client base. You'll manage and grow relationships with existing clients, whilst also selling our staffing products & solutions to EdTech businesses that we're not already speaking to. This role is perfect for a Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first, sales-led environment.
