A leading women's football club is seeking a Lead Recruitment Analyst to drive their player recruitment strategy through data analysis and scouting. The successful candidate will manage robust data insights, conduct player identification, and provide detailed reports. Qualifications include a degree in Sports Science or a related field, and significant experience in football recruitment and video analysis. As Lead Recruitment Analyst, you’ll drive our player recruitment strategy by linking live and video scouting with robust data insights. You will manage the operational and analytical engine of the department—curating evidence, creating clarity, and delivering recommendations that align with the vision of the Head of Recruitment & Analysis and the Director of Women’s Football.
Essential
Degree in Sports Science, Performance Analysis or related field.
FA Talent ID Level 2.
Desirable
Master’s degree in related field.
FA Talent ID Level 3.
This role is based in Newcastle upon Tyne, with an expectation of working 3 days per week from the office. Please note, if you are not located in the Northeast and unable to relocate, we regret that we will not be able to progress your application.
