• 5+ years post-graduate experience required.
• Experience with refurbishment and construction projects in a professional environment.
• Based within one hour’s commute of Ealing office.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from tender through to final account.
• Work on various refurbishment and construction schemes up to £8m in value.

Skills

Strong all-round knowledge of tenders, contracts, variations, and cost management

Confident in building costs independently

Understanding subcontractor relationships

Education

Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying or similar
