Qualifications

• Strong background in Property Underwriting, with proven leadership experience.
• Candidates with experience as a Property Broking Manager will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a Property team of 7, providing strategic direction and support.
• Provide leadership to Senior Technical and Senior Development Underwriters.
• Analyse Management Information (MI) and pricing data to develop profitability strategies.
• Support the claims function with underwriting referrals.
• Prepare reports for carriers and represent the company at carrier meetings.
• Identify opportunities to improve underwriting trading processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
