Job description
Overview

More than 1 billion people globally live with obesity, a significant leading indicator of many preventable chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease. Eucalyptus is the company behind Juniper, one of the world’s largest weight management programs combining GLP-1 medication with a tailored nutrition and exercise programme, supported by a multidisciplinary care team of prescribers, health coaches, dietitians, nurses and pharmacists. Our published clinical research demonstrates that our combined approach to weight management and lifestyle change increases the likelihood of patients losing significant weight during treatment with Juniper by four times.

Since launching, we’ve grown fast to support millions of patients. In the last 12 months, we expanded our UK patient base, received selective NICE endorsement for our holistic obesity management approach, and grew our team from 50 to 200. Globally, revenue grew by more than 120% year over year while cash burn reduced by 90% year over year, with over $100M USD raised from global investors such as BOND, NewView, Blackbird and Airtree.

What’s next is building a preventative health ecosystem for women beyond weight management. Over the next year, we’ll expand into three areas: diagnostics to bring science and data to understand what’s happening in the body; new areas of women’s health such as menopause and hair loss; and curated commerce to extend care beyond prescriptions into everyday wellness. These layers will form a personalised, clinically grounded, and deeply human platform that redefines how women experience healthcare.

The Lead Product Manager for this ecosystem will play a central role in bringing this to life, shaping how these layers connect into one seamless experience. This is a rare opportunity to help design a healthcare system that is preventative, data-driven, and built around women from the ground up.

If that excites you, let’s talk!

About the role (What You’ll Be Doing)

We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager to help build Juniper’s next chapter, expanding from a single weight management program into a connected ecosystem of products and services. This role sits at the heart of the transformation. You’ll lead 0→1 builds in new areas like commerce, diagnostics, and women’s health, experimenting to find product–market fit and scaling what works into revenue‑driving businesses. You’ll also design the unifying layer that ties it all together, creating a seamless experience that lets patients move between care, products, and services. It’s a rare mix of strategy, experimentation, and hands‑on building. You’ll move fast, make high‑judgement calls, and collaborate with world‑class teams across design, engineering, clinical, and commercial to bring bold ideas to life.

In this role, you will…

  • Drive 0→1 product development across new verticals, from early experimentation to full‑scale launches
  • Shape how we connect diagnostics, commerce, and care into one cohesive patient journey
  • Translate insight into action, using data, research, and intuition to prioritise what matters most
  • Partner with design, engineering, and clinical teams to ship fast, patient‑first solutions
  • Balance ambition and rigour, testing ideas while keeping the overall system in view
About you (Who We Are Looking For)

You’re an experienced Product Manager who thrives in ambiguity and loves building. You’re equally comfortable detailing an MVP as designing the scalable system that powers it. You move fast, think clearly, and make high‑judgement calls that balance user value, commercial outcomes, and long‑term vision.

You’ll excel in this role if you…

  • Have 5–8 years of product experience in high‑growth tech, ideally across multiple domains or business models
  • Are a builder at heart; you’ve launched new products or business lines, not just features
  • Are data‑driven and commercially minded, using evidence to guide intuition and define success
  • Know how to align diverse teams – engineering, design, ops, and clinical – around a shared outcome
  • Care deeply about craft and impact, creating experiences that feel effortless but deliver measurable results
  • Have worked on consumer or commerce products with strong engagement mechanics
  • Are passionate about women’s health and preventative care
  • Have scaled early products into sustainable, multi‑layered systems
So, why join Eucalyptus?
  • Make real impact, fast — We build in the open together to learn quickly and deliver high‑quality outcomes that improve patients’ lives from day one
  • You’ll be supported to accelerate your career — Regular feedback, bi‑annual performance reviews, a professional development budget and leave support to help you grow
  • You’ll work with others who are incredibly passionate about what they do — Autonomy to tackle meaningful problems, with a team that cares deeply about patients
  • Benefits — Employee equity options, new HQ in Old Street, flexible hybrid work (3 days in the office, 2 at home), wellness allowance, personal development budget, extra leave, generous holiday and parental leave, a collaborative office culture, and a MacBook provided

At Eucalyptus, we value individuals from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, and we embrace the unique qualities each person brings. When you apply, please let us know of any reasonable adjustments you may need during the interview process.
