Lead Practitioner of Maths

Location: Kingsway Park High School, Turf Hill Road, Rochdale, OL16 4XA

Salary: Lead Practitioner Pay Scale LP1 LP6 (£52,026 - £58,857)

Contract: Permanent, full-time

Start Date: January 2026

Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire exceptional teaching and learning within the Maths faculty.
  • Work collaboratively with SLT, curriculum leaders, and other teachers to drive forward improvements and share best practices.
  • Design and deliver high-quality, innovative lessons and resources.
  • Provide strategic leadership, supporting the development of teaching pedagogy and mentoring colleagues.
  • Contribute to whole-school initiatives aimed at academic and pastoral success.
