Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience working with offshore wind turbines, especially Vestas.
• Deep knowledge of WTG design, operation, and failure mechanisms.
• Experience in supporting offshore wind farm operations or technical asset management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities for Vestas platforms and share insights across the business.
• Support operations by resolving complex technical issues.
• Act as liaison to turbine suppliers, influencing roadmaps and resolving issues.
• Identify platform-level risks and facilitate implementation of mitigations.
• Promote knowledge sharing and transparency across the organization.
