Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a patient safety or quality improvement role at band 7 or above.
• Experience of delivering training to diverse teams.
• Experience of leading investigations and independent reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead Patient Safety Incident Investigations (PSIIs) and promote best practice.
• Support the development of the Trust's Patient Safety Incident Response Plan.
• Provide expert advice on safety and quality.
