Qualifications

• At least 5 years post registration experience in hospital pharmacy.
• Experience of managing and co-ordinating staff.
• Good understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice.

Responsibilities

• Providing an Oncology Service focused on management of treatment toxicities.
• Working as part of the multi-disciplinary team to implement change.
• Training and mentoring pharmacists and other health professionals.

Education

Vocational Masters degree in Pharmacy

Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council

Post-graduate diploma or MSc in clinical pharmacy or equivalent
