A leading charitable organisation seeks a Lead Nurse to join their detox centres in Guildford. The successful candidate will oversee detox programmes, mentor support staff, and ensure high standards of patient care. You must be a qualified RGN/RMN/RNLD with leadership skills and relevant experience in substance misuse or mental health. This permanent position offers a salary of £38,000 - £40,000 per year, with Monday to Friday working hours and opportunities for professional development.
Apricus Resourcing are working with a leading charitable organisation who are looking for a Lead Nurse for a permanent post based within one of their services detox centres in Guilford.
Within your role you will join an experienced clinical team and play a key role in delivering exceptional detox and recovery care. You will be working closely with patients, empowering them to make the changes required to aid their recoveries.
As Lead Nurse, you’ll clinically lead support teams, ensuring that every client receives safe, effective, and person‑centred care throughout their detox and treatment journey. You’ll take pride in upholding high standards, providing clinical supervision, and supporting the development of others all within a caring and collaborative environment.
In order to be considered for this role you will need to be a NMC Qualified RGN / RMN / RNLD with relevant experience. You will also need strong leadership skills and ideally have experience in dealing with substance misuse and / or mental health based clients.
The role available is based on a permanent basis paying between £38,000 - £40,000 per year. The working hours for the post are Monday – Friday 9‑5.
