The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in merchandise planning, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across functions. As a Lead - Merchandising Planner, you will play a pivotal role in forecasting forward-looking demand and planning product assortments for the Americas region across all channels. Reporting to the Director of Merchandising on the Americas Merchandising team, you will support profitable growth and deliver a premium brand experience to our fans for upcoming seasons. Though not a people leader, this role requires high autonomy and cross-functional leadership, leveraging data-driven insights to drive profitable growth and deliver a premium brand experience to our fans for upcoming seasons.
"You\'ll join the Americas Merchandising team, where we act as trusted advisors, setting the vision and direction for product across the region. We serve as a vital bridge between our Global Product and Commercial teams and our regional business leaders, driving cross-functional interaction with a market-relevant, consumer-focused mindset. We touch on all departments to set commercial plans, identify profitable growth, and act on sales opportunities together.
