This role involves mentoring new staff, leading engineering groups, and ensuring safety standards. Candidates must hold a relevant B1/B2 licence and successfully complete competency assessments. Qualifications

• Hold an appropriate category B1 and/or B2 licence.
• Lead by example through behaviour and hands-on tasks.
• Must achieve role-based Competency Assessment.
• Ability to lead groups of Technicians on tasks.
• Hold a UK driving license and security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Perform aircraft maintenance and certification tasks.
• Mentor Apprentices/Trainees/New Starters.
• Lead a group of engineers on tasks.
• Report safety concerns immediately.
• Ensure equipment is maintained in a serviceable condition.
