Overview

Learning Lead Consultant required for my superb Change Consultancy. Due to major project wins my client is looking for an experienced Learning Manager with ERP experience. My client has a fantastic opportunity and are excited to be expanding our team. We are seeking an experienced Learning Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of comprehensive training programs supporting ERP (IFS), Salesforce, and related system implementations. This role will sit at the intersection of change management, training delivery, and learning experience design, ensuring employees are equipped to adopt new processes and technologies across multiple regions.

Responsibilities
  • Training design & delivery: Develop and deliver ERP and Salesforce training programs for end-users and internal teams.
  • Training design & delivery: Build role-specific training plans from change impact assessment outputs, customising content to local and functional needs.
  • Training design & delivery: Design and run 'Train the Trainer' sessions to empower key personnel as future trainers.
  • Training design & delivery: Provide ongoing support and coaching during and post-implementation.
Learning material development
  • Translate Level 2 process maps into engaging training materials.
  • Create clear, engaging, and up-to-date content in multiple formats (PPT, videos, interactive guides).
  • Use Click Learn to document step-by-step processes for easy reference.
  • Ensure learning materials remain aligned with system updates and local variations.
Learning Organisation
  • Define how training content links across processes to give employees a joined-up, end-to-end view.
  • Explain how all new processes and ways of working we\'re putting in place fit together end to end.
  • Implement engaging, scalable training approaches.
  • Partner with Change Managers to ensure training addresses real adoption needs.
  • Embed culture of continuous learning and process adoption.
  • Establish a true Learning Organisation.
  • Build repeatable, engaging content libraries and embed continuous learning.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record in ERP training and change management within large technology/ERP implementations.
  • Prior experience with IFS and Salesforce highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce deployments within industrial, manufacturing, or field services contexts desirable.
  • Skills: Strong facilitation skills; able to engage participants at all levels.
  • Structured; able to tease out change impacts and clarify requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on: able to create content as well as shape learning strategy.
  • Tools & Methods: Click Learn.
  • Comfort working with process maps (Lucidchart or similar).
  • Proven track record delivering change management in ERP transformations (IFS experience desirable but not essential).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce deployments within industrial, manufacturing, or field services contexts.
