Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Deep expertise in Linux/Unix system administration in a large-scale environment.
• Broad experience with HPC cluster management including job schedulers.

Responsibilities

• Shape the design and architecture of Elanco’s HPC, storage, and networking infrastructure.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and build business cases for new investments.
• Act as a senior mentor and technical escalation point for other engineers.

Skills

Scripting proficiency in Python and Bash

Deep expertise in Linux/Unix system administration

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Excellent communication skills

Experience with HPC cluster management

Understanding of high-speed networking fabrics

DevSecOps concepts and tooling

Education
