Qualifications

• Strong experience within a team‑based manufacturing/production environment, working with strict safety and quality control procedures and KPIs.
• Good experience of proactively working within a lean manufacturing site.

• Lead the mill supervisors to ensure Health and Safety compliance.
• Manage supervisor performance, setting targets and conducting appraisals.
• Drive continuous improvement and efficiency in production.
• Lead key projects and initiatives to meet business objectives.
