Qualifications

• Significant experience in estimating and tendering for interior fit‑out, joinery manufacturing, or related sectors.
• A solid understanding of the challenges that come with pricing projects with limited initial information.
• Proficiency in Excel and other estimating tools.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to make informed decisions and spot potential risks early on.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• A proactive approach to business development and an ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to hybrid working.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate and detailed tenders for a range of interior fit‑out and joinery projects, working from first principles.
• Conduct site surveys when pricing projects to ensure comprehensive and realistic cost estimates.
• Collaborate on client meetings and opportunities to expand the business.
• Use Excel and other tools to develop and manage tenders, ensuring all relevant costs are considered and appropriately priced.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure tender assumptions and expectations align with project goals.
