A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Lead Engineer to join a leading FM service provider, overseeing a portfolio of a prestigious high end residential property site in Vauxhall. This is a hands‑on role where you will take the lead across the landlord plant.

Working for a highly respected building services provider, this position offers the chance to step into a leadership role while staying close to the tools — giving you the perfect balance between technical delivery and team management. You will be responsible for day‑to‑day maintenance delivery, ensuring compliance across electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems, managing contractors, and building strong client relationships at each site.

• Carry out and allocate PPMs & reactive maintenance
• Maintain and troubleshoot systems : Single / Three Phase Power, UPS, Generators, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, Pumps, Sprinkler Systems, BMS operation
• Perform safe isolation of plant and systems in accordance with regulations
• Maintain compliance paperwork, logbooks, RAMS, and reports
• Organise and oversee subcontractors
• Conduct regular client meetings to ensure excellent service delivery
• Support the Account Manager with updates and reporting
