Qualifications

• Must have a Level 3 in Electrical Engineering.
• Requirement for the 18th Edition certification is mandatory.
• Must possess L8 Domestic certification.
• Competency in cooling water systems and knowledge of Legionella regulations is essential.
• HV Authorised Person status is required.
• Understanding of Health & Safety legislation relevant to operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and foster teamwork among the engineering team.
• Manage and support Workspace Engineering Technicians.
• Translate account vision into actionable deliverables.
• Conduct coaching and performance reviews of direct reports.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and KPIs.
• Operate all building systems, including HV operations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits for operational excellence.
• Support development of operating procedures and provide training.
• Adhere to Risk & Safety practices to avoid service interruptions.
• Coordinate and oversee vendors for workplace services.
• Identify opportunities for service improvement and enhancement.
