Qualifications

• Experience in clinical risk management within digital health or healthcare IT.
• Familiarity with NHS Digital standards (DCB 0129 & DCB 0160).
• Skilled in incident investigation and safety case development.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient safety risk management in line with DCB 0129 and DCB 0160.
• Support integration of safe digital practices across the organisation.
• Investigate and resolve clinical safety incidents to improve patient safety.
