• Proven project management experience delivering multi-site residential led development sites.
• Experience in commercial aspects of housing development including contractor procurement.
• Strong project management skills with a record of delivering design-driven schemes.
• Knowledge of planning systems and laws to implement compliant schemes.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities.
