About the Role

Are you a hands‑on technical leader with a passion for building high‑quality digital products and inspiring teams to reach their full potential? We’re looking for a Lead Developer to drive the technical vision execution and delivery of our cutting‑edge software solutions.

In this pivotal role you’ll lead a small talented team of developers and QA engineers, shaping the architecture, guiding engineering practices and championing quality at every stage of the product lifecycle. You’ll collaborate closely with product design and delivery teams ensuring our software is scalable, secure and built to last.

This isn’t just a leadership role – you’ll stay hands‑on writing production code, reviewing pull requests and setting a gold standard for clean modern development in a fast‑paced agile environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead from the front: Guide, support and mentor a team of developers while remaining actively involved in coding, debugging and system design.
  • Own the technical vision: Collaborate with architects and product leaders to define a clear, forward‑thinking technical roadmap.
  • Engineer for scale: Design and implement cloud‑native solutions using AWS or Azure and modern engineering practices.
  • Champion best practices: Promote continuous integration, test‑driven development, secure coding and event‑driven architecture.
  • Grow talent: Foster an environment of learning, mentoring team members and helping shape the next generation of engineering leaders.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally: Work closely with UX, QA, Product and Delivery to ensure features are delivered with impact, quality and speed.
  • Drive innovation: Stay ahead of trends in cloud, DevOps and software architecture to keep our products and processes cutting‑edge.
  • Communicate effectively: Translate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Core Experience:

  • Proven experience leading development teams in agile, product‑driven environments
  • Expert (8) C# and building cloud‑native applications
  • Skilled in Azure (or AWS), React, SQL and event‑driven architecture
  • Strong background in building highly scalable, secure and resilient systems
  • Confident working in Continuous Delivery environments with modern DevOps practices
