Job summary

A leading company in the internal fit-out sector is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their dynamic team. This role involves overseeing multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, negotiate contracts, and lead health and safety standards on-site. A full UK driving license is essential. Qualifications

  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and other office software.
  • Proven track record of managing a team of operatives.
  • Previous contracts/project management experience, ideally in internal fit-out works.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple projects ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients on contractual matters.
  • Provide guidance on contract matters and manage contract visibility.
  • Negotiate sub contract orders and monitor budgets for cost efficiency.
  • Lead and maintain high standards of health and safety on-site.
  • Oversee project timelines from planning to completion.
