Job Summary

The Lead Consultant is responsible for CRM / D365 CE OOTB, Configuration, overseeing the configuration and outof the box functionalities of CRM / D365 CE. The primary focus is on streamlining processes and optimizing the CRM system to meet business requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities
