Dandy is seeking a Business Development Manager in the UK to hire, manage, and scale our first Business Development Representative (BDR) team for Dandy’s next stage of hypergrowth. Dandy views our BDR / SDR team members as optimal candidates for internal promotion so this role is crucial in developing our BDRs for career growth opportunities within the team. This role reports directly to the Head of Business Development.
