Qualifications

• At least 1 year’s experience as a chef in a full-service restaurant.
• Extensive experience working in a professional kitchen.
• Experience in a dedicated breakfast role is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of food handling, hygiene and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, cooking, and service of all breakfast dishes.
• Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Support lunch service and club events when needed.
• Manage costs and control waste in collaboration with the Head Chef.
