You will play a central role in delivering high‑quality Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery services, including leading outpatient clinics, performing minor oral surgery procedures, and responding to emergency referrals. The position involves supervising junior staff, contributing to audits and multidisciplinary meetings, and supporting service development. Success in this role requires strong clinical expertise, excellent decision‑making, adaptability, and clear communication skills. Milton Keynes is part of the Luton & Dunstable OMFS hub‑and‑spoke network, providing OMFS care to the communities of Milton Keynes, Bedford, Luton, Dunstable and Stevenage. The postholder is directly employed in Milton Keynes and will contribute to a modern, collaborative, and patient‑centred service.
To deliver safe, effective, and compassionate OMFS care; to contribute to the day‑to‑day running of the service; and to support continuous improvement, education, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
