Evodia Limited is partnering with a leading organisation to identify experienced and capable Land Systems Engineering Managers based in Bristol. This is a pivotal role within a dynamic environment, where your expertise will support the development and management of critical land systems.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and expert advice on land systems development. The role involves engaging directly with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met with precision and within scope. The role requires a blend of technical knowledge, management capability, and security clearance compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage land systems projects from conception through to delivery, ensuring technical excellence and project alignment.
• Provide expert technical advice to senior stakeholders and support cross-functional teams.
• Manage resources and liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project progress.
• Oversee technical documentation and compliance with security requirements.

Candidate Profile

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Extensive experience in land systems engineering or related fields.
• Proven leadership in managing complex engineering teams in a technical environment.
• A current and active SC security clearance.
• The ability to provide expert advice and technical support effectively under pressure.
• Hold a Science, Technology, Engineering and/or Mathematics based qualification.
• Be professionally registered at Chartered level with a relevant Professional body/institution.

Location & Working Arrangement

This position is based in Bristol, requiring approximately 3 to 4 days onsite per week, supporting close collaboration within the team and with stakeholders. Flexibility and adaptability are key for success in this role.
