Job Introduction

We are recruiting for a Service Advisor to join our Land Rover Dealership in Droitwich. The hours of work are Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 18:00, with Saturdays on a rota basis.

Basic salary up to £28,000 plus benefits, with a bonus OTE of £37,000.

You will be experienced in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a busy, demanding environment. Working as part of a team, you will manage the department workflow, meet and exceed targets, and upsell our full range of services.

Role and Responsibilities
  1. Book customer vehicles for maintenance and repairs, liaising with the workshop team to schedule workloads.
  2. Greet customers on arrival and provide a seamless service from drop-off to vehicle handover.
  3. Update customers on vehicle progress, authorize additional work, and make follow-up calls.
  4. Coordinate with Workshop, Parts, and Sales departments to ensure vehicles are ready on time.
About you
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and able to build rapport quickly.
  • Well-presented with a positive attitude and drive to succeed.
  • Previous experience in customer service, with a focus on meeting targets for customer satisfaction and sales.
  • Good organizational and administrative skills; knowledge of dealer management systems is a plus but not essential.
  • Motor trade, automotive, or dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory, as full training will be provided.
