Job description

Our Laboratory comprises of specialist teams in Chemistry, Life Science and Trace Organics. Our Analysts work in a time critical, process driven environment in order to receive, analyse and report analytical data on potable water and environmental samples, in accordance with our laboratory quality assurance procedures.

Based at our modern laboratory you’ll join the team of Laboratory Analysts and work within the UKAS accredited quality system ensuring a timely turnaround of results. You’ll be involved in a range of activities within the laboratory, including the analysis of a variety of samples, running manual and automated analytical chemistry techniques, including handling, downloading and reviewing data.

You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement, take on a variety of scientific challenges and gain an exciting array of experience as you meet them.

This role will enable you to achieve Registered Technician, moving to Registered Scientist status with a relevant institution.
