Job Description

  • Lead the embedding of global on-boarding processes, with a strong focus on the first 3 - 6 months.
  • Support and coach managers through 1:1 training and development conversations.
  • Drive regional L&D initiatives and contribute to broader people projects.
  • Help shape and deliver engaging training sessions and presentations.
  • Work closely with the team to increase training delivery hours - aiming to double current output by year-end.
  • Play a visible role in the business, building strong relationships and understanding the commercial context of recruitment.

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous L&D experience working in a recruitment agency - this is essential (even having worked as recruiter themselves)
  • Someone who enjoys training delivery and facilitation, and can bring energy to a room.
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative team player who's happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.
