KS1 Teacher (ECT or Experienced) - Croydon - Permanent Role - ASAP Start
Location: Croydon, London
Salary: 37,870 - 56,154 per annum (Outer London Teacher Pay Scale 2026)
Position: Key Stage 1 Teacher (ECT or Experienced)

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and creative lessons tailored to the KS1 curriculum
• Support pupils in building key literacy, numeracy, and problem-solving skills
• Foster curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning in the classroom
• Assess progress and provide targeted support to ensure every child thrives
• Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to maximise pupil development
