GSL Education are working closely with a welcoming and well-regarded primary school on the outskirts of Maldon, who are seeking an enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to join their team on a job share basis.

Teach a KS1 class as part of a job share arrangement, ensuring continuity and consistency in learning.
Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
Work collaboratively with the class teacher to share planning, assessment, and classroom responsibilities.
Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.
Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
Communicate effectively with parents and staff as part of the wider school team.
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Has recent experience teaching within KS1 (Year 1 or Year 2).
Is organised, flexible, and confident working as part of a job share.
Has strong behaviour management and classroom practice.
Is enthusiastic, approachable, and passionate about primary education.
