Overview

KS1 Academic Coach — Do you have a degree and a desire to work with young children as they begin their education journey? Are you ready to provide targeted academic support to KS1 pupils in a high-performing school environment?

Role summary: KS1 Academic Coach supporting children in Year 1 and Year 2 through small group interventions focused on literacy, numeracy, and early learning skills. Work closely with class teachers to help pupils build confidence in key areas of the curriculum and develop foundations for long-term academic progress. Assist in preparing learning materials and fostering a positive classroom atmosphere.
