Kitchen Team Leader – Belfast City Centre (Alfred Street) Premier Inn

Join our team at Premier Inn in Belfast as a Kitchen Team Leader and advance your Chef career.

You will manage the kitchen daily—handling rotas, food orders, leading during busy services, and maintaining audit readiness. Working closely with the Hotel Manager, you will take full ownership of the kitchen, from food quality to hygiene standards. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for those aiming to develop into a Head Chef position.

PAY RATE: Up to £13.81 per hour

CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent

HOURS: 30 hours over 5 days per week, with guaranteed hours to help plan your week ahead.
