Job Title: Kitchen Supervisor - Night Shift

Location: Park Royal

Pay: From £17 per hour

Position Summary

Vanta Staffing are seeking an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to lead night shift kitchen operations in an award-winning artisanal fresh pasta production. In this key role, you will ensure the efficient running of kitchen operations, uphold food quality standards, and manage the kitchen team. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Kitchen Operations: Supervise the daily operations to ensure the highest standards of food quality and safety are met.
  • Manage Kitchen Staff: Lead, train, and support kitchen staff to enhance skills, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Coordinate Production Schedules: Plan and oversee food production for the night shift to ensure timely preparation.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage stock, and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
  • Ensure Food Safety Compliance: Implement food safety protocols and ensure full compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Promote Teamwork: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in food production or kitchen management roles.
  • Strong culinary skills and a passion for high-quality food production.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing a kitchen team.
  • Solid knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.

Working Hours
  • Sunday to Thursday
  • 9:00 PM - 6:30 AM (with a 30‑minute unpaid break included)
