A leading catering company in the UK is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to manage catering operations at Sir John Moore Barracks. Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Sir John Moore Barracks.
The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee all aspects of catering operations, within the Officers, Sergeant and ASLS Buildings specifically supporting corporate meetings and private functions. This role involves managing a team of nine staff, ensuring events meet profitability goals, adhere to food safety regulations, and maintain high-quality standards. You will be responsible for daily operational oversight, staff management, budgeting, and delivering an outstanding client experience.
