Vivek Singh is the executive chef of our 5 successful modern Indian restaurants—the Cinnamon Club, City's Cinnamon Kitchen, Covent Garden's Cinnamon Bazaar, the first out of London Cinnamon Kitchen Oxford and also Cinnamon Kitchen Battersea. We are always looking to evolve the food we cook, responding to new ingredients, techniques and influences to create menus and dishes that are mindful of Indian tradition. Since opening our doors in 2001, at the old Westminster Library with Cinnamon Club, we have been redefining the expectations of Indian cooking.
