Big Mamma is a French Italian restaurant group founded by Victor Lugger and Tigrane Seydoux. Over the past 8 years, we have opened the doors to 27 restaurants in Europe (France, Monaco, England, Spain, Germany, Belgium and Italy). Our mission? Your Mission

• You will be part of a BIG MAMMA kitchen team
• You will help us keep our restaurants nice and clean
• You will respect health and safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
• You will embody Big Mamma values: have a warm, smiling, professional attitude towards customers, help your colleagues during service and demonstrate a "problem solver" attitude

Your Skills

• Big smile and passion for Italian food
• Great energy, proactive attitude and team spirit
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter is a bonus
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
