Kitchen Porter

Caledonian is looking for exceptional individuals aspiring to excel in the hospitality industry operating all year-round.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Keep all kitchen surfaces including counters, sinks, stoves and walls clean and sanitized.
• Sweep and mop floors at the beginning and ending of shifts
• Keep the food and supply storage areas organized
• Supporting the chef in basic food preparation.
• Removing kitchen waste from waste containers.
• Washing dirty dishes, cutlery, pots, cutting boards and pans and loading dishes into the dishwasher.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing them in the kitchen.
