Job description
  • Prepare for service
  • Ensuring the kitchen cleanliness is always to a high standard including opening and closing cleaning check lists
  • Prepare fresh ingredients
  • Working with the chefs to prepare fresh ingredients including washing and preparing fruits vegetables and other menu ingredients
  • Maintaining Food Handling regulations
  • Ensuring all produce is clearly labelled and discarded as required effective stock rotation and other tasks as required
  • Cleaning of cutlery crockery & kitchen items
  • Using a 2 step system to ensure all cooking & restaurant items are cleaned and satisfised and that all chemicals are dispensed and used in the correct manner.

This is a casual hours position involving shifts across the operational hours of the business (06 : 00 00 : 00 including weekends & bank holidays).

This role has no guaranteed hours of work hours of work can therefore vary from week to week and as a result there may be weeks when no hours of work are offered.
