Role Overview
  • Operating commercial dishwashers and handling manual pot wash
  • Keeping kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitised
  • Assisting chefs with basic prep tasks when required
  • Ensuring stock, deliveries, and waste are managed correctly
  • Supporting smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods
  • Maintaining all required hygiene, allergen, and safety standards
Mandatory Requirements for All Barclays Catering Roles
  • Basic DBS
