Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimise waste and maximise efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with the Front of House team to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.
  • Monitor and control kitchen costs, working within budgets to maximise profitability.
  • Drive continuous improvement, bringing fresh ideas to enhance our menu and kitchen processes.
  • Lead by example, fostering a positive, high‑energy work environment.
